Privacy policy

In short: Position Radar connects to your exchange read-only; it cannot trade or withdraw. We do not sell your data and use no ads or tracking. You can delete your account inside the app at any time.

Who is responsible?

Position Radar is developed by independent developer Saim Gürses under the ElaMoon brand. Contact: destek@elamoon.com

What data do we collect?

• Google account details: when you sign in with Google, your email address, name and profile photo link.
• Exchange API keys: the API key, secret and (for exchanges that require one, such as OKX, Bitget and KuCoin) API passphrase of the exchange you connect, all stored encrypted on our server. On Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget and KuCoin we check when connecting that the key is read-only; keys with trading, withdrawal or transfer permissions are rejected. Gate and MEXC do not reveal key permissions, so we cannot check them there; when connecting, you are asked to confirm that the key is read-only.
• Data read from your exchange: positions, balances and open TP/SL orders are read to show them on screen. Only the following is stored: your total portfolio value every 5 minutes (for the chart, 31 days), the time each position was first seen and the coin names in your positions (for news tracking).
• Alerts: the alert rules you create and triggered alerts (30 days).
• Usage data: sign-up date, last sign-in and last seen time, membership status (trial / free / subscriber).
• Activity and error logs: to monitor that the app works and to fix errors, we log which actions were made with your account (e.g. connecting an exchange, saving an alert), their result and duration, exchange read errors and technical error messages from the app. Your IP address, exchange keys and request contents are not written to these logs. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Feedback: suggestions, complaints, bug reports and satisfaction ratings you send from the app are stored with your email address so we can reply.
• Demo counter: visits to the demo without signing in are counted per day; no IP address is stored, only a daily one-way digest prevents counting the same visitor twice a day.

How do we use it?

Only to run the app: showing your portfolio and positions, drawing the portfolio chart, checking your alerts, managing your membership and providing support.

Who do we share it with?

• Google: for sign-in.
• The exchanges you connect: to read your data, with your key.
• Our hosting provider: your data is stored on this server.

News and market summaries are generated from public news headlines; your personal data is not used for this. We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers or other companies.

Cookies

In the app, a single session cookie keeps you signed in. The app has no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Website (Google Analytics)

On this website (positionradar.elamoon.com), Google Analytics is used to measure visits only if you accept in the cookie banner. In that case Google stores cookies in your browser and collects usage data such as pages visited, device/browser information, approximate location (city/country) and button clicks. If you decline, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. User-level Google Analytics data is deleted after 2 months. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. In the app, Profile › My account details › Delete my account permanently deletes your account and all your data, including API keys. To prevent repeated free trials, a one-way digest (hash) of the deleted account's email and its first sign-up date are kept; your email cannot be read from this digest.

Security

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). API keys are stored encrypted on the server and never shown in the app. Adding an IP restriction to your API key on your exchange increases security.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data (under KVKK in Türkiye and GDPR in the EU). Write to destek@elamoon.com for requests.

Age

Position Radar is not intended for anyone under 18.
